Marine warnings: Hazard at Tg Pelumpong

The Marine Department advises mariners that hazard at the tip of Tanjong Pelumpong is found at position North 502'369" and East 11508'409".

The hazard is not visible at night and high tides.

However, to warn the public, especially mariners, of its existence, bamboo flagpole has been erected.

In view of this, the department advises mariners to be extra careful and if possible, avoid entering the area.
